A client relationship is established only through a separate written agreement or other written confirmation from Enforcement IQ expressly establishing such a relationship.

Information provided during an initial consultation may be used to determine whether Enforcement IQ is able to provide services and whether the requested services are appropriate for the prospective client.

We reserve the right to decline a prospective engagement for any lawful reason.

Following an initial consultation, Enforcement IQ may offer paid brand protection, enforcement, analytics, monitoring, consulting, or related services.

Any paid services will be governed by a separate agreement, statement of work, order, proposal, or other written terms applicable to those services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separate written client agreement, the applicable client agreement will control with respect to the services covered by that agreement.

Enforcement IQ does not guarantee that any particular marketplace listing, seller, advertisement, account, website, social media content, or other allegedly infringing material will be removed or otherwise resolved.

Enforcement outcomes may depend on third parties, including online marketplaces, social media platforms, rights holders, government authorities, sellers, service providers, and other entities outside of Enforcement IQ's control.

Our services are intended to identify, analyze, document, and assist with appropriate enforcement opportunities. Results may vary based on the facts and circumstances of each matter.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and all content made available through it—including text, graphics, logos, designs, reports, data presentations, software, methodologies, documentation, images, videos, trademarks, service marks, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Enforcement IQ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
